52 O Street Studios is located in the historic Truxton Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C., about a ten minute walk from both the the Yellow line Metro via the Mount Vernon Square/Convention Center Station and the Red line Metro via the NoMA Gallaudet U Station. Street parking can be found on O St, N St, or on Hanover Place located behind the building; parking is 2 hour limited.
